"In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, the Trump administration on Thursday urged the Supreme Court to overturn the Affordable Care Act. The late-night court filing came on the same day the government reported that close to half a million people who lost their health insurance amid the economic shutdown have gotten coverage through HealthCare.gov."

Trump, McConnell, and the GOP were unsuccessful in repealing the ACA in Congress so now they keep trying to kill it via the courts, hoping that all the Trump-nominated right-wing judges and justices they’ve confirmed will carry out their cruel agenda.
It’s never been more urgent that we protect our Supreme Court and other federal courts from four more years of Trump and McConnell loading up the bench with dangerous, unfit, far-right extremists.

As the pandemic rages, with many states seeing their highest spikes in coronavirus yet, the Trump administration is trying to get the right-wing Supreme Court majority – including both of Trump’s own nominees – to destroy the ACA and ELIMINATE protections for pre-existing conditions … even as pandemic-related job losses continue to spur a huge increase in people seeking coverage through the reform bill.
Many of Trump’s ideologue judicial nominees have been known for being aggressive opponents of the ACA. And despite many Republican senators’ lies about how they want to preserve popular parts of the ACA, they have voted in lockstep with McConnell to confirm these dangerous judges.
We’re running ads to hold vulnerable Republican senators who have confirmed Trump’s anti-health care judges accountable, and we need your help to keep them up!
There’s never been a more important time to keep a spotlight on the many ways Trump and Republicans are attacking health care, and to remind voters that this year it’s more critical than ever that they Vote the Courts when they cast their ballots for both president and U.S. Senate.
