THE VOLUNTEER VOICE
Welcome to "The Volunteer Voice" ... an exclusive, 90-second briefing that
gives you—one of our top supporters—a quick update on John Rose's campaign for
governor of Tennessee.
Friend,
With Congress out of session, John Rose had a jam-packed August on the
campaign trail and was able to visit26 counties in just 16 days
<[link removed]>! From picnics in Gray to
grassroots events in Rutledge, it’s safe to say that Tennessee is excited about
the race for their next governor!President Donald J. Trump
<[link removed]> has his eyes on the race and, in
a conversation with Newsmax’s Todd Starnes, said “John is fantastic.” John has
a broad base of support and is full steam ahead into the race.
He made a stop at Laurels Pumpkin Barn
<[link removed]>, where he sat down for a
conversation with farmers. That same week, the team traveled toGreene and
Washington Counties <[link removed]> to discuss
plans for the upcoming Appalachian fair! We also want to give a shoutout to the
Putnam County Republican Party <[link removed]>
for handing out our yard signs at the Putnam County Fair! If you want your own
yard sign, send us a messagehere
<[link removed]>
!
Later that week, John and the team headed to Bedford County
<[link removed]> to attend the Farm Bureau Annual
Meeting and check out the historic county courthouse. Then, we ventured to join
the Carroll County Republican Party for theirOld Fashioned Rally
<[link removed]> and had an amazing time meeting
everyone! John finished off the week by celebrating theTennessee State Museum
<[link removed]>
and showing his unwavering support of our men and women in blue by visiting
law enforcement officers inPutnam County
<[link removed]>.
The team traveled on to Franklin, where John attended the President's
Conference of theTennessee Farm Bureau Federation
<[link removed]>—the largest Farm Bureau in the
country. Then, it was off to Memphis, where John made a guest appearance onThe
Mighty 990 <[link removed]> with Todd Starnes. He
had the opportunity to discuss trips made on the campaign trail, policy, and
his love for Tennessee. He also joined theMarshall County GOP
<[link removed]> to celebrate their Trump Day
Dinner, where he received overwhelming support from fellow conservative
attendees.
One of John’s biggest highlights this month was having his wife, Chelsea,
represent him and the team at the Republican Party of Sumner County Reagan
Dinner inHendersonville <[link removed]>. She
conveyed our message to hundreds of supporters and met with countless voters.
Finally, John wrapped up the month by speaking at the Tennessee Republican
Party’sStatesmen’s Dinner <[link removed]>, where
he held a social hour to meet with supporters and get them excited for the
future ahead.
As you can see, it’s been a month full of long days, countless hours on the
road, and endless opportunities to engage withthe citizens of the nation’s best
state. Traveling to a different community each day is exciting, and the team is
only just getting started. Thank you for standing with us—we can’t wait to see
you on the campaign trail!
Sincerely,
Team Rose

Friend, this campaign is powered by grassroots supporters like yourself and
many others across the Volunteer State. Without your help, we wouldn’t have
been able to raise over $1 million across all 95 counties last quarter. Our
movement is growing, but so is our potential opposition, and we can’t let them
outgrow or outraise us!
Whether it’s $5, $25, or even $100, anything you can contribute will help us
meet our end-of-quarter goal and put us in the best place to protect our
Tennessee values.

Growing the Grassroots: Progress from the Ground
ICYMI: Earlier this month, in Lawrence County, John= scored a big win! At the
sold-out Reagan Day Dinner, John came out on top in the first multi-candidate
gubernatorial straw poll—and it wasn’t even close. With over60% of the vote,
John’s decisive victory showed that Tennesseans are rallying behind his proven
conservative leadership and lifelong Tennessee values.
