Statewide campaigns in Texas see tens of millions of dollars in spending. But, there's a reason — campaigning across all of Texas’s 254 counties and reaching tens of millions of voters before Election Day is a gigantic undertaking. And that’s exactly what it’s going to take for our campaign to win our election for the open Attorney General seat.

Every month, we set a fundraising goal to help keep the campaign on track to raise the resources we'll need to win both the primary in March and the general election next November.

For August, we need to raise $60,000 over email to stay on track. For a campaign like ours, our grassroots fundraising strength is especially important — that's why we have to send out emails like this one.
