Hi team, it’s Devin.
In case you missed it, we just launched new billboards calling out Derrick Van Orden for refusing to hold an in-person town hall with his own constituents. He has continued to refuse to face his constituents, but welcomed a country club fundraiser with Jim Jordan.

While his Democratic colleagues are spending the August recess meeting with constituents, listening to concerns, and working to deliver real results, Derrick Van Orden has taken a different approach: hiding behind a screen.
He’s too afraid to meet with his constituents, but somehow finds plenty of time to post dozens of tweets a day, where he cheers on the destructive “Big Ugly Bill,” which could strip health care from more than 30,000 of his own constituents. He spends more time picking petty fights with colleagues on Twitter instead of showing up for the people he was elected to represent.
Let’s be clear: Van Orden is ducking accountability. He knows that his decision to vote to cut health care and food assistance for thousands of Wisconsinites is deeply unpopular.
And that’s exactly why we’ve taken this message to billboards across his district, and why we’re building a grassroots campaign to flip WI-03 in 2026.
Wisconsin deserves better. Our state should be represented by someone who listens to their constituents instead of hiding behind a keyboard. Derrick Van Orden is counting on Wisconsinites forgetting about his record by the time Election Day rolls around. But we won’t let that happen.
