John,
Billionaires are making their move in the New York City mayoral race.
Over the last week alone, disgraced former Governor Andrew Cuomo’s super PAC has raised $1.26 million.1
They are panicking about recent polls showing Zohran Mamdani maintaining his lead in the general election as he continues to connect with working class New Yorkers.2
Billionaires, real estate moguls, and power brokers are terrified by Zohran’s movement — terrified that they might finally have to pay their fair share — so they are uniting to try and stop us.
But we’ve already shown what this coalition is capable of. We out-organized them and their $25 million in attacks during the primary.3 And we can do it again in November — but only with your support.
If you can, please make a donation of any amount to the Working Families Party so we can keep knocking on doors, making calls, and talking to voters to elect Zohran Mamdani in November and send a powerful message to billionaires and elites across the country.

We’ve been sounding the alarm about this anti-Zohran surge since he won the primary in June.
He’s up against TWO independent campaigns from Andrew Cuomo and Eric Adams, the Republican nominee, and several PACs funded by Trump donors, police unions, real estate developers, and big tech CEOs.
And even Donald Trump has said he might get involved to try and stop us from winning in November.4
To the rich and powerful that are backing Zohran’s opponents, the idea of an “affordable New York City” is their nightmare.
They’ve spent decades building their fortunes at the expense of working families. And then using that wealth to buy political favors and influence in order to rewrite the rules in their favor.
It’s a racket. But Zohran’s primary victory has shown that New Yorkers are done with the status quo. Working families EVERYWHERE are done with the status quo. And in November, we have a chance to prove it.
If you’re able to, please pitch in and support our work to reach New York voters and elect Zohran Mamdani in November. Our organizing relies on grassroots supporters like you.
In solidarity,
Team WFP
