numerous federal projects.
* June 5 th – Pressed ahead with a reinterpretation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act

birds with impunity.
* June 5 th – Opened a protected Atlantic Ocean habitat to commercial fishing. Sea
turtles, dolphins and other marine wildlife are now in mortal danger.
