Labor Day has always been about honoring working people. This year, we’re reclaiming that tradition by rising up together to demand workers over billionaires.

This Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2025, labor and community groups will host more than 1,000 “Workers Over Billionaires” events nationwide. These gatherings will bring together working families, students, parents, and neighbors to grow our movement and fight for a country that is more fair, just, equitable, and free for all of us—and not just a chosen few.
