Greg Abbott and Texas Republicans are carving up communities to lock in power and shut voters out. They’re redrawing maps to tilt elections their way.

This isn’t new. Republicans have been doing this for years — gerrymandering, manipulating, and rigging maps until they can’t lose. It’s their whole playbook.
