Tomorrow’s deadline really snuck up on me. Yikes! Just took a quick look at the numbers and we’re still short.

Over the last few weeks, hundreds of first-time donors have joined our movement — but it’s going to take all of us stepping up to close the fundraising gap. The other parties outraised us more than 3:1 last quarter.

I’m worried that when the numbers for this deadline are reported publicly, we’ll see more headlines about us falling behind. And it’s just not true — we’ve been punching above our weight, delivering results for Canadians and moving the dial on the big issues. We need our fundraising numbers to catch up.
