Alabama lawmakers passed a ban on taxpayer-funded DEI programs in 2024. But
behind closed doors, the University of North Alabama was already plotting its
way around the law.



On hidden camera, a UNA employee openly admitted the school spent two years
rebranding its DEI offices -- slowly changing job titles and department names
so that, in her words, “no one really noticed.”



She even bragged: “Nothing really changed.”



That’s right. Instead of shutting down DEI, UNA buried it deeper.
Administrators simply replaced “DEI Director” with softer labels like
“multicultural officer,” while continuing the same radical programming in
secret.



When AIM President Adam Guillette confronted her about her own words, she
suddenly had no comment. And when he tried to get answers from UNA’s provost,
they wouldn’t even meet.



But our cameras caught everything.

This is how universities across Alabama are gaming the system. Publicly, they
claim DEI is gone. Privately, they continue funneling taxpayer resources into
the same divisive agenda.
