Eugene Vindman for Congress

Hi John,

I’m Sophie Beaugrand, Eugene Vindman’s Finance Director, and I’m reaching out with an important financial health update on our campaign.

As you may know already, Eugene is a top target for national Republicans this cycle. At the same time, he path to winning the House majority and putting a check on Trump’s power will run through Eugene’s district.

This seat is critical to hold. But right now, we’re in a difficult position because we’re tracking behind on our August fundraising goals. And if we don’t catch up before the end of the month, we will have to make tough decisions as we finalize our Q4 budget — decisions that can impact whether we win or lose next November.

Here’s what that means:

These are dire consequences of our fundraising coming up short. Every decision from now on will determine whether Eugene’s fight for truth and accountability can continue at full strength.

So here’s our plan: We’re giving ourselves until the end of the month to close this gap before we’re forced to revise our budget downward. We know this grassroots team has always had Eugene’s back, so I’m counting on you again to help us close the gap.

Will you pitch in $3, $25, or whatever you can before the end of the month to help us catch up to our goals and avoid scaling back at a time when we should be ramping up?

Thank you in advance for your donation and for standing with Eugene.
