The Gateway Central District is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This 38 hour position requires excellence in the following areas: accurate work with complex and detailed information; absolute confidentiality; ability to handle a volume of work that varies day to day and season to season; designing systems for completion of work/communication etc., support of the District Superintendent directly, and hospitality to all. Technical skills include Excel, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn District specific software programs. Some availability on weekends is expected. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years successful employment as an Administrative Assistant is required. Resumes with references to
