When I tell people I work for the Montana Democratic Party, a lot of them picture something out of The West Wing: Grand hallways, long speeches, and the occasional phone call from President Obama.

In reality, my job is not quite as glamorous as Hollywood makes it out to be. But the truth is, our ability to coordinate dozens of successful Democratic campaigns across Montana doesn’t have to be as ornate or extravagant as a TV show — it has to be successful.

Here at MDP, we have one goal, and one goal only: Electing as many Democrats as possible across our state. But to be completely transparent, we need your help to do it. Can you chip in $10, $5, or even just $1 to help us power Democrats to victory next year?

As a state Democratic party, we are the go-to resource for every Democratic candidate across Montana. We analyze and share up-to-date voter contact information with candidates so they can reach the voters they need to win.

When Democratic candidates need help with anything when it comes to mobilizing supporters and identifying persuadable voters in their area, they turn to us.

And when Democrats are hard at work defending our health care and standing up for working families in the Montana Legislature, we’re the ones they count on to make sure this work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Simply put, your donation allows us to support Democratic candidates, engage supporters, persuade undecided voters, and lay the foundation for future Democratic victories all across Montana. But all of that requires resources, John.
