The psot will provide a range of administrative and project support to officers across the housing & regeneration service. This will involve arranging and supporting meeting including accurate minute taking, setting up I.T. equipment and preparing presentations. The post holder will need to be able to pick up details of complex ongoping projects in order to assist the project maangers in their delivery. Ideally, the applicant woud have some familairity with housing and/or development issues but this is not essential. exerience with mapping software such as G.I.S. systems is also highly desirable although not essential. The project support expectation for this post make it more than an administrative role so applicants will need to have a willingness to engage with housing and development projects so that they can become effective members of a delivery team. The post holder will also be responsible for processing the teams financial transactions as part of the Council's finance arrangements.?

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:?
? Must have the ability to use standard office computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & databases.
? Must have experience of project based work.
? Must have experience of working tactfully and diplomatically with customers and partners, with excellent communication skills.
? Must have the ability to anaylse and interpret data.
? Must be able to manage own workload using initiativem working on targets and deadlines.
? Must have the avility to develop and maintain office systems.????
