I’m angry, John.

My name is Raja Krishnamoorthi. I’ve had to fight my whole life — from growing up on food stamps and in Public Housing, to working my way through college, to becoming Illinois' first Indian-American Congressman.

We certainly have a real fight on our hands right now, John. 

I’m running for US Senate to lead the fight against Donald Trump and build a better future for hardworking Americans, and I’m personally asking you to chip in to my campaign before the midnight deadline >>

Let me break it down:

• Donald Trump is violently detaining and uprooting the lives of our immigrant neighbors to serve his sick political agenda. 


• Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” is ripping Medicaid and Food Stamps from hardworking families to pay for massive tax breaks for his billionaire buddies.


• Trump is devastating our Democracy, pushing corrupt redistricting schemes, ignoring court orders and arresting political opponents.

And here’s what makes it all worse: 

The cowardly Senate Republicans are ready to roll over for anything and everything Trump demands – no questions asked.

So yes, I’m angry. And yes, I’m ready to take on this fight. 

That’s why I’m running for Senate. To take on Trump and the cowards letting him have his way. To fight for a better future for hardworking Americans. To be the voice we need in Washington. 

We have a lot of work to do, and I wouldn’t be asking if it wasn’t absolutely necessary: Can I count on you to chip in to my campaign before the midnight deadline?
