We recently shared details about our Annual Benefit Gala on Sunday, November 9, 2025, in Los Angeles. Today, we have an exciting update.

We are honored to welcome
Retired Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Aguilar as a distinguished attendee at this year’s gala. A West Point graduate, Lt. Col. Aguilar served 25 years in the U.S. Army as a combat Infantry Officer and Special Forces (Green Beret) Officer, deploying 12 times across the Middle East and Asia. A highly decorated veteran, he has earned the Purple Heart, Bronze Star for Valor in Combat, and the Army Commendation Medal for Valor. Most recently, he was on the ground in Gaza with Gaza Humanitarian Foundation from May through June 2025, bearing witness to the disastrous genocide in Gaza which he has courageously drawn attention to.

Lt. Col. Aguilar will join incredible leaders for a night of reflection, faith, and forward momentum. Our gala brings together thought leaders, changemakers, and supporters from across the nation to celebrate shared values of mutual respect, justice, and human dignity, while envisioning a path forward for our communities.
