DWC requests comments on SIBs rule proposal

DWC accepts public comments on a proposed rule amending 28 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Section 130.102, concerning eligibility for supplemental income benefits. The amendments implement Texas Labor Code Section 408.1415.
