Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming our world at lightning speed, but the current costs to our climate and communities are unsustainable and unacceptable.

AI is creating unbearable noise and air pollution, raising energy rates, and hogging water nationwide. The way artificial intelligence is powered – increasingly by fossil fuels and nukes – is really dumb.

Google, Meta, Amazon, and Microsoft all are building massive servers costing billions of dollars and all have commitments to 100% renewable energy but are turning to fossil fuels to power their AI thirst. They need to use their purchasing power to power AI with 100% wind and solar.
