TELL CONGRESS: Global outrage at Israel’s atrocities in Gaza isn’t slowing Netanyahu’s
onslaught against the Palestinian people. Ending U.S. weapons and funding
support for Netanyahu’s regime could be the only action that can stop
Israel’s genocide in Gaza. Sign the petition: Urge lawmakers to support the Block the Bombs Act!

Global outrage over Israel’s starvation of the Palestinian people is not
slowing the Israeli army’s atrocities in Gaza.
Israel bombed a hospital in southern Gaza yesterday, killing 20 people,
including health workers, rescue workers, 5 journalists.^1 Israeli attacks
killed at least 75 Palestinians, including 17 people seeking aid, in total
yesterday. 3 more died of hunger, as Netanyahu refuses to lift his
humanitarian aid blockade. There is no end in sight to the carnage as
Israel continues moving quickly into the heart of Gaza City.^2
If international calls for an end to Israel’s genocide in Gaza won’t stop
Netanyahu, the only thing that may stop these horrors is an end to U.S.
funding and weapons support for Israel. Our lawmakers must finally help
put an end to Israel’s atrocities by ending the flow of weapons to
Netanyahu’s regime.

Congress and the White House have supplied an endless stream of funding
and weapons to Israel. The U.S. has pledged tens of billions of dollars of
weapons to Israel since its war on Gaza began. The Block the Bombs Act
would stop the transfer of these weapons to Israel and put pressure on
Netanyahu to stop the humanitarian blockade and wanton violence against
civilians.
Israel has killed more than 60,000 people in Gaza and wounded more than
158,000.^3 Israel has also killed at least 273 Palestinian journalists.^4
Rep. Delia Ramirez, a lead sponsor of the Block the Bombs Act, said,
“Netanyahu and Trump are a lethal, unaccountable, extremist duo.”^5 Rep.
Pramila Jayapal, another one of the lead sponsors of the bill said, “We
can no longer be complicit and allow our tax dollars to facilitate this
violence and destruction.”^6
Nothing will change in Gaza unless Congress takes a courageous stand for
Palestinians, peace, and justice. Our leaders in the House and Senate must
end U.S. support for Israel’s atrocities in Gaza.
