GASP!

The Feds might actually be forced to follow the Constitution.

You see, you and I have a great opportunity to strike at the heart of the Surveillance State when Congress returns from vacation next week.

Senators Mike Lee (R-UT) and Dick Durbin (D-IL) have introduced a bipartisan amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would require the Spy State to obtain a warrant before spying on American citizens under Section 702 of FISA.

The NDAA is expected to be at the top of the agenda in the Senate.

You and I can drive a stake through the heart of the Surveillance State by demanding our U.S. Senators support this amendment!

Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) allows the NSA to collect your emails, browser history, and chat logs and even listen in on your phone calls. It also allows other agencies, like the FBI, to search through your data and the data of other innocent Americans.

They are supposed to have a warrant and provide reasonable cause to look at your private data, but time and time again, the “intelligence” community ignores the law.

Section 702 has been abused to illegally spy on law-abiding Americans without a warrant millions of times.

Clearly, unmistakably, illegal searches aren’t an aberration of policy. They are the policy.

They’ve concocted bogus investigations against politicians who don’t toe the line, against pro-life and anti-war activists, and even against persecuted parents concerned about what’s going on in our schools.

And as whistleblowers have testified, all of this came at the expense of the legitimate work fighting things like sex traffickers and terrorists.

Tell your senators now: Support Durbin-Lee Amendment #3597 to the NDAA to end warrantless mass surveillance of Americans!

In 2016, the Spy State swept up the communications of incoming Trump administration officials, “unmasked” them, and then leaked the information to the press.

And they did it by outright lying to the FISA court.

Just last year, the Deep State demanded the ability to LIE to the FISA Court without penalty!

I don’t know about you, but these outrages make my hair stand on end.

But because it's usually the Senate version of the NDAA that passes the House, if we get the amendment through the Senate there's a really good chance it gets signed into law.

The Deep State spooks don’t even follow the few flimsy restrictions they currently have. As admitted in the news, the NSA “deliberately ignored restrictions on their authority to spy on Americans, including a sitting Member of Congress, multiple times in the past decade.”


This has to stop, and we the people must DEMAND it stop.

Take a moment right now to send your lawmakers an e-postcard DEMANDING they support the Durbin-Lee Amendment to make the feds get a warrant to spy on Americans.
