Donald Trump is having a rough time in the Supreme Court.
On the same day SCOTUS ruled that workplace discrimination against LGBT Americans is prohibited by federal law, the high court also upheld California’s now-famous “sanctuary” law -- directly against the wishes of Donald Trump.
Then, just a few days later, the court ruled 5-4 to temporarily block Trump’s attack on DACA -- the Obama-era policy that protects childhood arrivals to the U.S. from deportation.
Now more desperate than ever for a win among so many defeats, Trump has redoubled his efforts against DACA -- and next time, the Supreme Court may not be able to stop him. We can, but only if we stand together -- so tell us:
