case, Elite Precision
Customs v. ATF, that if we
are successful in striking down the federal ban on interstate handgun
sales, the court should enter an extremely narrow
injunction that would cover only the named individual plaintiffs and
continue to deny millions of peaceable people their right to keep and
bear arms!
That’s why FPC President Brandon
Combs warned:
“The Trump DOJ’s scheme would
gut nearly every lawsuit against the federal government unless and
until the Supreme Court steps in. This isn’t just a threat to Second
Amendment supporters — it’s a threat to every
American.”
