Dear Friend,

Our fiscal year-end campaign ends tomorrow, and we are still short of our
$30,000 goal.

Can you help us start a new fiscal year strong by joining the National Trust
with a generous gift today?

Your donation will also increase in value through a generous matching donation
from our partners at the Robert W. Wilson Charitable Trust who have agreed to
match $5 of every $10 donated. A gift of $50 will increase to $75 in impact,
$100 increases to $150 in impact, and $500 increases to $750 in impact.

America’s historic, irreplaceable places continue to need our attention,
commitment, and resources. At a time when so many of us want to reach out and
help but are distanced by the pandemic and its myriad impacts, financial giving
is truly a sign of hope and dedication to the nation we love.

After an unprecedentedly challenging start to 2020, we are urgently raising
money to begin our new fiscal year strong so we can continue preserving historic
places in the months and years to come.

Your commitment to saving places and stories is especially important now as we
plan for upcoming initiatives and work hard to save and revitalize historic
places in the year ahead.

Please help us finish our fiscal year strong, prepared to move the mission of
historic preservation forward for our next fiscal year.

Now more than ever, your generosity is a gift that unites us all through the
stories and history we share.

Please join the National Trust today when every $2 is matched with an additional
$1.

Historic places are, by their very nature, resilient places. They embody our
capacity to persevere, adapt, and endure in ways that are truly inspiring,
especially in times of crisis and uncertainty. Right now, we need your help to
sustain these places—not just in a physical sense, but by interpreting and
sharing the full American stories they embody and inform. All of our work is
supported by friends and supporters, like you, but we need your help now to
continue these efforts and, especially, to offset dramatic decreases in
admissions and other revenue at our own National Trust Historic Sites.

Thank you for your support at this critical time—and for helping us reach our
$30,000 goal by June 30th!

Sincerely,

Elizabeth Bruns
Director of Member Engagement
