Earlier today - from the Oval Office - Donald Trump said the Department of Justice was going to sue to stop the Election Rigging Response Act from going to the ballot.

Yes, the man trying to end our democracy doesn't want an election in California.

Bring it.

Here is the truth: Trump and his allies are going to spend $100 million-plus to beat us. Trump sends ICE agents to threaten and harass people outside our events. He is threatening to end mail-in ballots. On and on it goes.

That is what we are up against. I wish I could tell you this election was going to be easy, but it won't. Trump knows the stakes if Democrats have a fair chance to take back the House, so he is going to use every tool at his disposal to stop us.

But we have what he doesn't have: the support of the people. And if we have the resources to run our campaign, to fund legal fights, and to turn out our voters we're going to win -- and we are going to turn California bluer, nullifying what Texas did.
