Another Zenith twist explained.

Quick update on the lawsuit against Zenith Energy. At a court hearing last week Portland City Attorney Lauren King told judges that the “enforceable” conditions in Zenith’s Land Use Compatibility Statement aren’t actually enforceable. Even though the LUCS itself says they are:👇

When pressed, King acted like she had no idea why Zenith even submitted these conditions. Remember, she negotiated these conditions in the infamous 2022 backroom deal. Instead of giving the court that context, she…didn’t.
