The Trump Fascist Regime KIDNAPPED Kilmar Abrego Garcia AGAIN this morning.
from Sunsara Taylor, a leader of RefuseFascism, August 25: He went into court for what ICE had told him would be an immigration interview, but instead, they kidnapped him. According to Garcia's lawyers, Khristy Noem, that ghoul masquerading as a human being, posing in front of torture as a backdrop, had given Garcia the choice of either pleading guilty to crimes in an illegitimate case and being sent to Costa Rica, where at least he speaks the language, or if he doesn't plead guilty, he'll be deported to Uganda, likely to face torture in a land far from anything he knows in any language he speaks well.
To his credit, Garcia refused to cop a plea. It was very courageous, and now he has been detained. This is a vendetta against this man by the most powerful regime in the world, and it has nothing to do with seeking justice. It has nothing to do with keeping anybody safe. It is all about instituting terror, making an example out of this human being, to terrorize millions and millions and millions of immigrants in this country, and to send a message to anybody who would defy Trump that your legal rights don't really matter. They will use the full government approach to come at you from every angle and make you pay if you don't bow down.
There is no living with fascism. It must be defeated, and it has to happen soon. That's why RefuseFascism.org, has initiated a call which is open and needs everybody's participation to overwhelm this fascist regime with our non violent, massive protest starting now and going to a new level on November 5, millions strong converging on Washington, DC in the biggest non-violent, but massively determined outpouring in the history of this country. That does not stop until Trump has been driven from power.
