Hi John,

As the 2025-26 school year gets underway, I’m recommitting to fighting for NC public school teachers to receive the pay that they deserve.

Teachers work tirelessly to educate the next generation. Their work is critical to keeping North Carolina strong and building the brighter future that all our communities deserve.

But too often, public school teachers have to work second or even third jobs to pay the bills — all while dipping into their own pockets to make sure students have the tools and supplies they need to learn.

I have long advocated for raising NC public school teacher pay so teachers can count on a decent wage and our state can remain competitive in hiring the best educators. Now, we need Republican legislative leaders to get on board.

Will you stand with me and urge the GOP to raise NC public school teacher pay? Add your name here to sign my petition >>> [[link removed]]
