John, This morning, the Trump Administration announced it is beginning the official environmental review process for the Twin Metals copper mine on the edge of the Boundary Waters. The U.S. Bureau of Land Management has started the clock on this review even though a week ago the state of Minnesota declared the Twin Metals mine plan incomplete.
