Ottawa County Unemployment Rate for July 2025

Preliminary unemployment rates for July 2025 were recently released by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. Ottawa County had an unemployment rate of 5.2%.

Ottawa County was tied with Leelanau County as having the sixth lowest unemployment rate of all Michigan counties in July. Livingston County had the lowest unemployment rate at 4.1%. Oscoda County had the highest rate at 11.4%.
