These last few months have been unlike any other, friend.

While that’s true for all of us, I'm also personally coming up on six months with the team at Liberal HQ – and I am so inspired by the progress, hope, and hard work that I see every day. Throughout this unprecedented time, dedicated supporters like you have made it so clear to me what this movement can achieve when we work together to help build a better future.


With your support, Justin Trudeau and our Liberal team are working to make life better for Canadian families and keep Canada moving forward, including by continuing to invest in the middle class and the most vulnerable, create and protect good jobs, keep Canadians safe and healthy, and protect a clean environment. Just last month, that also included moving forward with an immediate ban on assault-style weapons, and next month, the Canada Child Benefit is being increased again to help Canadian families keep up with the high cost of raising kids.


And I’ve also seen what our grassroots supporters can achieve together as our movement has stepped up our vital democratic engagement work in new and innovative ways, including the more than 32,000 Canadians who shared your ideas in the 2020 Summer Check-In Survey, and the 58,000 calls that were made by volunteers from more than 200 communities in our two recent Virtual Weekends of Action.

Together, we’re working hard to reach out to Canadians about what matters most to them, and to build a better future for everyone. And your support is what makes it all possible, friend.

Right now, we’re quickly approaching tomorrow’s end-of-Q2 online fundraising deadline, and 5,245 Canadians have already chipped in to help. But we’re not quite there yet – and if you can, I’m hoping you’ll lend a hand.
