| John, The Supreme Court has rejected the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s independence and ruled that the Trump Administration can meddle with its mission to hold financial companies accountable by firing its director without cause. Once again, politicians in Washington are putting big banks and Wall Street first. This is a clear sign that we need to send a fighter for working people to Congress -- not another corporate-backed, career politician. J.D. will stand up for workers, farmers, consumers, and everyone who Wall Street tries to take advantage of when the guard rails come off our economy. There’s no denying this is a loss for us, John.
