John—

The Supreme Court just struck down Louisiana’s clinic shutdown law, allowing Lousiana’s three remaining clinics to continue to provide abortion care. You did this. Our organizing and making noise put the Court on notice that we were watching.

But today’s Supreme Court ruling in June Medical Services, LLC v. Russo has also proven, without a shadow of a doubt, that our reproductive freedom is on the line.

With this fractured decision, the Kavanaugh Court is paving the way for anti‑choice, anti‑freedom politicians to redouble their efforts to undermine access to care and push even more legislation rolling back our reproductive freedom. And that means we need to fight back even harder.

We can’t afford more close calls. We can’t be sure our rights will be protected until we have a Senate that reflects the will of the people to keep abortion legal and accessible.

John, are you with us? When you renew your support today, you’ll DOUBLE your impact and go twice as far to ensure reproductive freedom becomes a reality for every body, everywhere. Give $15 to NARAL Pro‑Choice America now.

Right now, the Senate can pass legislation to protect abortion access no matter where we live. The Senate can also confirm justices and judges that put the rule of law above their own personal ideology. We cannot be safe until both are a reality.

Our path to flipping the Senate is clear: We need to put champions for reproductive freedom in 4 seats.

But knowing we need to flip those seats isn’t enough — unless every one of us rolls up our sleeves and does the work to organize, mobilize, and activate the reproductive freedom voters who can make it happen.

This fight isn't possible unless each of us step up and do our part. So please, help protect reproductive freedom and take back power with your matched gift of $15 now.

Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973 — but that hasn’t stopped anti-choice extremists from trying to overturn it. While today’s ruling struck down Louisiana’s clinic shutdown law, it unfortunately will keep the floodgates open to a new tide of attacks.

Since Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation cemented an anti‑choice, anti‑freedom majority on the Supeme Court, lawmakers hostile to abortion rights have launched an all-out assault on our reproductive freedom in hopes that a challenge would make its way to the Court and lead to the rollback of Roe. Across the country, hundreds of other deceptive laws designed to roll back and outright eliminate abortion access remain on the books.

And earlier this year, 207 anti-choice members of Congress made their agenda clear when they signed an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to overturn Roe.

We must hold these anti-choice lawmakers — and those who voted to confirm Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch — accountable as our reproductive freedom remains under attack.

Together, we can win this — but only together. Make your special matched gift of $15 today.

Thanks for pitching in and standing with us, today and every day.

Sincerely,
