The Supreme Court just struck down Louisiana’s clinic shutdown law,
allowing Lousiana’s three remaining clinics to continue to provide

But today’s Supreme Court ruling in June Medical Services, LLC v. Russo
has also proven, without a shadow of a doubt, that our reproductive
freedom is on the line.

With this fractured decision, the Kavanaugh Court is paving the way for
anti‑choice, anti‑freedom politicians to redouble their efforts to
undermine access to care and push even more legislation rolling back our
reproductive freedom. And that means we need to fight back even harder.

Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973 — but that hasn’t stopped anti-choice
extremists from trying to overturn it. While today’s ruling struck down

majority on the Supeme Court, lawmakers hostile to abortion rights have

challenge would make its way to the Court and lead to the rollback of Roe.
Across the country, hundreds of other deceptive laws designed to roll back
and outright eliminate abortion access remain on the books.

agenda clear when they signed an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to
overturn Roe.
