Our first FEC deadline of the general election hits tomorrow at midnight.

We set out to raise $50,000 in online contributions. That may seem steep, but the good news is that we are well within reach -- only $12,084 left to raise.

When our FEC report goes public, everyone (and we mean everyone) will sift through our numbers carefully. The Republicans are looking for any sign of weakness, and will use our fundraising report to determine whether or not it’s time to send in their dark money PACs to attack Mike.

We need to have a strong showing. It may not stop them completely, but we can certainly slow them down. That’s why this deadline is important.
