The GOP just picked their first candidate to run against us in Upstate New York, and I want to tell you what we’re up against.

But first, can you chip in to help us show that this grassroots team is ready for the fight ahead?

Our first opponent, Peter Oberacker, spent decades as a senior executive for Big Ag monopolies and foreign chemical companies–some of the worst corporate polluters around. In fact, one of those corporate polluters was charged with federal crimes when Oberacker was a senior manager there!

Then Oberacker got into politics, where he has continued to push an anti-Upstate, pro-pollution agenda. He even voted against a bill that would have stopped corporations from using PFAS and other “forever chemicals” that get into our kids’ water.

Now Oberacker is banking on those same corporate special interests to finance his campaign for Congress so he can take their agenda to Washington.

I’ve stood up to the big oil companies and corporate polluters, and I’m leading the fight in Congress to clean up our rivers and get rid of dangerous “forever chemicals.”

So we know the corporate polluters will spend whatever it takes to kick me out and put Oberacker in.

But we won’t let them. That’s why we need your help now more than ever. I don’t take corporate PAC money because I went to Congress to fight for everyday people, not corporate polluters.
