As a proud parent of an LGBTQ+ kid, I’m feeling a little better after the recent Supreme Court decision, knowing that my child and LGBTQ+ loved ones are protected from employment discrimination. But I worry, because without passage of the federal Equality Act, full protection in the law has not yet been achieved. PFLAG members and supporters are fueled by love.
