Dear John,

Today at Reproaction, we’re standing proud. In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court upheld precedent and granted that abortion clinics in Louisiana are not required to comply with unreasonable, politically-motivated restrictions that barred patients from receiving care. This is a hugely important day for people in Louisiana and around the country.

But know this: Our fight doesn’t stop when we win one battle. This case shouldn’t have had to happen in the first place (today’s win in June Medical Services v. Russo merely affirms the win in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt that occurred in 2016).

There remains tons of work to do to increase access to abortion and advance reproductive justice. Everyone needs to stay loud and get bold to ensure that happens, and we are so grateful for your continued support.

Thank you for standing with abortion access,

Erin, Pamela, Caitlin, Elizabeth, Evonnia, Jessica, Kara, Nataley, Shireen, Angie, and the Reproaction team

P.S. We could not do this work without your support for our education programs, direct action campaigns, and outreach. Please donate to continue the fight to increase access to abortion and advance reproductive justice.
