Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on July 16, 2025 from Pacific Soda, LLC (Permittee) regarding the Dry Creek Trona Project in Sweetwater County. The Permittee requested an extension of the permit to change the commencement of construction to on or before December 31, 2026. The request was granted.
Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 20-08 on July 24 and August 7, 2025. The Director authorized the change on August 22, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
