I wanted to reach out to you personally about my husband Mark Kelly, someone I know better than anyone else.

When Mark launched this campaign last year we had no idea what the response was going to be like, but we knew that it was too important not to take the risk.

And every day since, this campaign has grown stronger. I'm truly amazed by the number of people who are excited to be a part of this people-powered campaign.

But it really shouldn't be that surprising, because Mark is a genuine leader who cares about people.

And that's important, because our country needs those types of independent leaders with courageous ideas and bold solutions who will put people before politics.

However, if we want to send Mark to the Senate he needs our help. He has a June FEC fundraising deadline coming up on Tuesday and I know that he could use our help to hit his 75,000 donation goal. That's why I'm asking:

If you are able, will you make a $3 donation to Mark's people-powered campaign? Every dollar you donate will go to electing someone who will fight for our shared values, like lowering prescription drug costs, addressing climate change and making our communities safer from gun violence.
