Hello,
This Labor Day, let’s come together not just for barbecues and time off. Let’s honor the true meaning of the holiday by standing up with our neighbors for what workers deserve.
We’re holding events across the country to fight for what working families deserve. Click here to find an event in your area and join us.
While we’ve made progress since the early days of unsafe factories and 16-hour shifts, too many Americans still struggle for fair pay, healthcare, housing and education. And instead of helping, leaders like President Donald Trump have pushed policies cutting healthcare, raising costs and stripping away worker protections. His so-called Big, Beautiful Bill leaves millions of us sicker, hungrier and poorer, all to pay for tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy.
Now is the moment to stand up, speak up and show up. Here are two ways you can take action:
- Join us for a Labor Day event in your area. Click here to RSVP.
- Send a letter to your local newspaper editor in support of working families. Click here to send a letter.
Labor Day is not just a holiday to honor workers. It’s a call to action to demand the dignity, affordability and opportunity that all workers deserve and to build something better for the next generation.
I’m asking you, friend, to join us in this movement. Come out, bring your voice and stand with us in solidarity as we fight for what workers deserve.
Find a Labor Day event in your area, and also take a minute to write a letter to your local newspaper in support of working people.
