The road report highlights new and ongoing projects on County-maintained roads. It is sent each Friday. Information in the Road Report can change due to weather, material, equipment or crew availability.

*South Kitsap*

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate to delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *Glenwood Rd SW* from SW Lake Helena Rd to SW Pine Rd (MO-TU)

*Central Kitsap*

Expect delays along *Perry Avenue NE* between Stone Way and Sheridan Road. The North Perry Avenue Water District is conducting infrastructure work through December 2025. Daytime road closures will take place Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. with detours in place.

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes;


* *W Belfair Valley Rd* from Sherman Heights Rd to Sam Christopher Ave W (MO)
* *NW Carlton St* between Washington and McConnell (TH)
* *Olympic View Rd NW* near NW Anderson Hill Rd (TH-FR)

Temporary road closures and traffic restrictions will be in place around the Kitsap County Fairgrounds for the annual Kitsap Fair and Stampede, August 20–24. For complete details, see the Kitsap County Traffic Advisory [ [link removed] ].

*North Kitsap*

The entire length of *NE Parkway St* will be closed through mid-March 2026 for construction on the Suquamish Regional Stormwater Facility project. For more information, visit the project page:kcowa.us/Suquamish [ [link removed] ]

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *Wildwood St NE* from NE Seaview Ave to NE Loughrey Ave (MO-WE)
* *NE Totten Rd* from SR305 to Suquamish Way NE (TH-FR)
* *South Keyport Rd* near Brownsville Hwy NE (MO-FR)

*WSDOT Traffic Advisory*: Utility work on SR 104 near Kingston will require an extra 15 minutes of travel time weekdays through Sept. 25, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., as WSDOT crews clear vegetation and address trees.

*WSDOT Traffic Advisory: Daytime roadwork on eastbound SR 104 in Kingston Aug. 26-28 *Travelers who use eastbound State Route 104 in Kingston will see roadwork approaching the Kingston Ferry Terminal. From 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each weekday Tuesday, Aug. 26 through Thursday, Aug. 28. WSDOT crews will close two left lanes near Iowa Avenue. During the lane closure, crews will repair the surface of the road. Two lanes will remain open during the work.
