RSVP for 8/26 by donating now and learn more about why PA's judicial retention race matters -- environmental protections, free and fair elections, and the fate of democracy hang in the balance!
This November, voters will decide whether to keep three accomplished Justices on the bench — including Justice Christine Donohue, a fair-minded jurist with a proven record of defending the rule of law, our democracy, and our environment. All of the judges up for retention votes are endorsed by Conservation Voters of PA, Climate Cabinet, the CleanTech Party, and the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.
Trump and right-wing extremists are targeting this low-turnout election in hopes of reshaping the court for years to come — and we need your help to stop them.
100% of donations go to the Vote Yes for Fair and Independent Courts campaign — a coordinated effort to retain all 3 Democratic-endorsed justices. Learn more about theVote Yes Campaign.
All three Justices up for retention are committed to safeguarding our elections, preventing millions of legal votes from being thrown out by partisan lower court judges. They have protected our clean air and water, defending our right to a healthy environment by taking on polluters, and have held special interests accountable.
Help us send a clear message in 2025: There is no Trump mandate. Courts must defend the people, not polluters. We demand a pro-environment, pro-democracy majority on Pennsylvania's Supreme Court!
A Zoom link will be distributed prior to the event. Please contact Rie Ma at [email protected] with any questions.
Thank you for standing with us.
