The City of Ann Arbor is introducing a new, convenient way for city residents to access the city Drop-Off Station. As of Aug. 20, 2025, residents can apply online for a pass that covers the entry fee at the Drop-off Station to dispose of items that can’t go in curbside carts, including oversized recyclables and special waste materials. This new method of accessing the Drop-Off Station will waive the $3 gate entry fee.
