June 5^th – Pressed ahead with a reinterpretation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act that effectively lets miners, utilities and other businesses kill migrating birds with impunity.
June 5^th – Opened a protected Atlantic Ocean habitat to commercial fishing. Sea turtles, dolphins and other marine wildlife are now in mortal danger.
