I just sat down to take this day in, team.

And I've got to say: the outpouring of support and kind words from folks like you makes it crystal clear that I'm not done fighting for Colorado.

For far too long, politicians in D.C. have been playing games with people's livelihoods and using polarizing rhetoric to deliberately tear us apart. I've had enough of that. Coloradans deserve better.

I'm running for Senate because I believe the only way we can create change and solve some of our toughest problems is by working together. Right now, the people in charge in the Senate just want to fight the people on the other side of the aisle. That has to change, and soon.

This will be a tough campaign, and I know I'm in for some nasty attacks. But I believe with all of my heart that together, we can win this election. I'm so glad you're on the team ready to head into the fray alongside me.

It would mean the world to me to have your support from the start--will you chip in today?

I'll never forget this day, and I can't thank you enough for being part of it.

Now let's go win this thing,

John
