John, Three equal branches of government -- it’s in our Constitution and at the very heart of our democracy.

But Donald Trump refuses to acknowledge this bedrock principle:

❌ He’s said he “doesn’t know” whether he needs to uphold the Constitution -- even though it’s right there in the oath of office he’s taken twice.

❌ He’s pushing to eliminate the Department of Education, which will be devastating for students, families and educators.

❌ He’s even floated the blatantly unconstitutional idea of “deporting” US citizens.
