Dear Judicial Watch Member,
Last week we were informed that the U.S.
Supreme Court has scheduled oral arguments for Wednesday,
October 8th, in our lawsuit challenging an Illinois law
“extending” Election Day for 14 days beyond the date
established by federal law.
October 8th is the third day after
the opening of the High Court’s fall term…
…and the early scheduling of our oral argument reflects
the importance of this lawsuit as we get closer and closer to the critical
2026 congressional midterm elections.
October 8th is a big day for Judicial
Watch…and it is an even more important day for the cause of
honest elections in America!
And as the calendar counts down to October 8th, I
urge you to make an urgent tax-deductible contribution to support our work
today.
No one…including the Trump Justice Department…is
fighting as hard as Judicial Watch to shut down attempts
by the Left to corrupt our election processes and tilt the electoral
playing field in their favor.
- We are also in court against California and
Mississippi over their laws “extending”
Election Day beyond the federally mandated “first Tuesday after
the first Monday inNovember,” because they also violate
federal law and open wide the door to massive voter fraud!
- And we are in court against California, Illinois and
Oregon over their failure to clean their voter rolls as federal
law requires…because keeping our elections honest requires
persistent, sustained hard work.
This work is how we have already been able to force states to remove
over 5 MILLION ineligible voter registrations from
their voter rolls…that’s over 5 MILLION
opportunities for voter fraud we have eliminated!
The opportunities facing Judicial Watch are great…and
so are our achievements in fighting for honest elections.
But the challenges are just as great as you know the Left will fight
tooth and nail to stop our clean election law efforts!
That’s why I hope you will stand
with us today, as we prepare for one of the most important court
appearances in our 31-year history.
And thank you for taking the time to consider my appeal today!
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton President
