Water and Waste Advisory Board Meeting
The Wyoming Water and Waste Advisory Board (WWAB) will meet on September 29, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. virtually via Zoom and in person at the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality Office, 200 West 17th Street, Room 210, Cheyenne, WY 82002, to consider revisions to Solid Waste Rule Chapter 7: Financial Assurance Requirements. Revisions include updates to allow for an irrevocable letter of credit to be issued from a credit union in accordance with Wyoming Statute § 35-11-504 as amended during the 2025 Wyoming legislative session when the legislature passed House Bill No. 0041, Enrolled Act No. 7.
