In March 2025, Colombian authorities arrested Mateo Sebastián Pintor Rodríguez after an Interpol Red Notice flagged him as a wanted gang member. But the man was no gangster. And the alert calling for his arrest was issued by a government with scant regard for due process and human rights. ([link removed])
