Two weeks ago, we celebrated 60 years of the Voting Rights Act — and this week, Donald Trump has launched new attacks on mail-in voting, on the advice of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

Early voting, mail-in voting, and absentee voting are critical to allowing more Americans here at home and our troops deployed overseas to participate in our elections. Attacking these tools is a direct attack on the right to vote.

I’ve said it once, and I’ll continue to say it again and again: Voting is a fundamental right of citizenship, and every American should have an equal voice in our democracy.

We can’t stand by as Trump and other Republicans attack our right to vote. Add your name to say loudly and clearly that we won’t stand for attacks on mail-in voting. Let’s do everything we can to protect this fundamental part of our democracy.
